The people behind Kindral
A small team, a lot of pets
There's no call centre here. Kindral is run by a handful of people who walk dogs at lunchtime, share their desks with cats, and argue at length about whether a harness clip feels sturdy enough to stock.
We were tired of two things: cheap pet gear that fell apart, and mega-stores where finding one good, safe product felt like a lucky dip. So we set out to build the opposite. A tidy, trustworthy shop stocked only with things we'd happily give our own pets.
Every product earns its place. We check materials, build quality and safety before anything goes on the site, and we group it all into clear categories so you can find exactly what you need in a couple of clicks, then get back to the fun part.
