Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 August 2026
Agreement
By accessing kindralshop.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Kindral sells to consumers in the United Kingdom and the United States. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Products & intended use
Kindral products are pet supplies intended for everyday use with cats and dogs as described on each product page. Always follow any included guidance and supervise your pet with new toys, chews, or equipment.
Product images and illustrations are for reference; always check the size guide and materials before purchase. If your pet has a health condition or specific dietary needs, consult your veterinarian first.
Orders & pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we email you to confirm the item has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order and to correct pricing errors. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling on our UK storefront and in US dollars on our US storefront, and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay. Prices and promotions may change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe and PayPal at checkout. You confirm you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.
Returns
Our return policy is described on our Returns and Shipping & Returns pages and forms part of these terms.
If you are a UK consumer you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Our 30-day return window is offered in addition to that right, not instead of it.
Intellectual property
All content on kindralshop.com, including text, imagery, and branding, is owned by Kindral or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that goods be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Subject to that, our liability arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and if you are a consumer outside the UK you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your own country's law.
