Delivery & Returns

Orders are packed within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 5 to 10 business days after you order. You'll get an email when your order is placed, and a tracking link once it ships.

Times are estimates and can stretch around public holidays and peak periods. If your parcel seems stuck, email us with your order number and we'll chase it.

Delivery is a flat £3.99 per order, and free on orders over £45. The charge is shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay, so nothing is added at the last step.

Every order is tracked from our fulfilment partner's warehouse to your door.

Our UK store delivers across the United Kingdom and to Ireland, with prices in pounds. If you live in the United States, Canada, South Africa or Spain, please use the store for your country.

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Email us with your order number and we'll arrange a free return. Items should be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return is received, normally within 5 to 10 business days. If you cancel within 14 days of delivery we also refund the standard delivery charge, as UK law requires.

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us right away with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
