Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 October 2026
Agreement
By accessing kindralshop.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Kindral sells to consumers in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and South Africa. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Products & intended use
Kindral sells kitchen tools for household use, as described on each product page. Use each one for the job it is sold for, follow the care guidance on its page, and keep small parts away from young children.
Product images are for reference. Always check the listed size and materials before you buy, especially for anything that clips onto, sits on or holds hot cookware.
Orders & pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we email you to confirm the item has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order and to correct pricing errors. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling on our UK storefront, in US dollars on our US storefront, in Canadian dollars on our Canadian storefront and in South African rand on our South African storefront, and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay. Orders to Canada and South Africa are imported, so the Canada Border Services Agency may charge GST or HST, and South African customs may charge import VAT and duty, on arrival; these are not included in our prices. Prices and promotions may change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.
Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout by Stripe, and by PayPal on our UK, US and Canadian storefronts. You confirm you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.
Returns
Our return policy is described on our Returns and Shipping & Returns pages and forms part of these terms.
If you are a UK consumer you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Our 30 day return window is offered in addition to that right, not instead of it.
Intellectual property
All content on kindralshop.com, including text, imagery, and branding, is owned by Kindral or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that goods be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Subject to that, our liability arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and if you are a consumer outside the UK you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your own country's law.
