Return & Refund Policy

If a Kindral tool doesn't suit your kitchen, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email).

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with a prepaid return label and simple instructions, return shipping is on us within the 30 day window.

Please don't send items back before contacting us, so we can make sure your return is registered and refunded correctly.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days (your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show it).

The full amount you paid for the returned item is refunded.

The original shipping charge is refunded when the return is because of a fault or our mistake.

If your order arrives damaged, or develops a fault under normal use, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo or short description.

We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping. You won't pay return costs for a faulty or damaged product.

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have for a refund and place a new order. If you need help, just email us and we'll sort it out with you.

We can't accept items that have been damaged through misuse or accident, or kitchen tools that have been used with food and come back unwashed. Faulty products under normal use are always covered.
