Shipping & Returns

Orders are packed within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 5 to 10 business days after you order. You'll get an email when your order is placed, and a tracking link once it ships.

Times are estimates and can stretch around public holidays and peak periods. If your parcel seems stuck, email us with your order number and we'll chase it.

Shipping is a flat $6.99 per order, and free on orders over $79. The charge is shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay, so nothing is added at the last step.

Every order is tracked from our fulfilment partner's warehouse to your door.

Orders to Canada come from our fulfilment partner's warehouse overseas, so the Canada Border Services Agency may charge GST or HST when your parcel arrives, and the carrier may add a handling fee. These are collected before delivery. They aren't part of our prices or our shipping charge.

Our Canadian store ships across Canada, with prices in Canadian dollars. If you live in the UK or Ireland, the United States or South Africa, please use the store for your country.

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Email us with your order number and we'll arrange a free return. Items should be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return is received, normally within 5 to 10 business days. The original shipping charge is refunded when the return is because of a fault or our mistake.

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us right away with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
