Delivery & Returns

Orders are packed within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 8 to 16 business days after you order. You'll get an email when your order is placed, and a tracking link once it ships.

Times are estimates and can stretch around public holidays and peak periods. If your parcel seems stuck, email us with your order number and we'll chase it.

Delivery is a flat R169.99 per order. The charge is shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay, so nothing is added at the last step.

Every order is tracked from our fulfilment partner's warehouse to your door.

Orders to South Africa come from our fulfilment partner's warehouse overseas, so South African customs may charge import VAT and duty when your parcel arrives. The courier collects these before delivery. They aren't part of our prices or our delivery charge.

Our South African store delivers across South Africa, with prices in rand. A few products with batteries, magnets or blades can't travel on our tracked courier there, so this store doesn't sell them. If you live in the UK, Ireland, the United States or Canada, please use the store for your country.

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Email us with your order number and we'll arrange a free return. Items should be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return is received, normally within 5 to 10 business days. The original delivery charge is refunded when the return is because of a fault or our mistake.

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us right away with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
