Delivery to South Africa is a flat R169.99 per order. Every order is tracked.

Orders are packed within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 8 to 16 business days after you order. You'll get a tracking link by email once it's on its way.

Our South African store delivers across South Africa, with prices in rand. If you live in the UK or the US, use our UK or US store.

Orders come from our fulfilment partner's warehouse overseas, so South African customs may charge import VAT and duty when your parcel arrives. The courier collects it before delivery, and it isn't included in our prices.

If a product isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free return and a full refund. Items should be unused and in their original condition.

If the pot is round and has a lip for the clips to hook over, yes. Square dishes and pans with a thick, flat edge won't hold it firmly.

Yes. Hold both handles and tip slowly, so the two clips share the weight as the water runs out.
