2-Year Warranty

Your Kindral LED Face Mask is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase.

If your device fails under normal use due to a covered defect, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, normal wear of consumable parts, or damage from failing to follow the care instructions.

Email our support team with your order number and a short description (and photos if helpful) of the issue. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Keep your proof of purchase — you'll need it to validate a warranty claim.
