Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking link the moment it ships.

Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate shown at checkout, and is free on orders over $75.

Tracked express shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

We ship to most countries. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Try your Kindral mask for up to 60 nights. If you're not happy with your results, contact us for a full refund — we'll cover return shipping.

To start a return, email our team with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label and instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the item.

If your mask arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us right away. Every Kindral device is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
