Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate shown at checkout, and is free on orders over $75.

Tracked express shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

We ship to most countries. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you'd like to return your mask, contact our team with your order number and we'll share the next steps. Returned items should be in their original condition.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

If your mask arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us right away with your order number and a short description (photos help) and we'll make it right.
